DHA Valley Islamabad is a project by Bahria Town Islamabad, DHA Islamabad and Habib Rafiq (pvt) Limited. The community is designed to provide a better life for the middle class by building a secure community with parks, shopping malls, schools, temples, hospitals and other health facilities. 5 and 8 marla residential plots per block are offered at the lowest possible cost to the general public through a three-year installment plan. The project was launched in 2008 and thousands of plots (approximately 50 000) were allocated to the project's applicants. Such a large number of allocations have recently proved to be one of the biggest shortcomings in parts of the Defense Housing Authority. DHA ISLAMABAD LOCATION DHA Valley Islamabad is a housing project started by the Defense Housing Authority in Islamabad just next to the DHA Phase 2 Extension on Islamabad Highway. This work has helped bring in good money abroad. DHA VALLEY HOMES DHA Valley has 5 marla & 8 marla homes for sale on quarterly installments plan. Both overseas Pakistanis and residents of Pakistan are eligible to qualify. DHA COMMERCIAL AVENUE DHA Commercial Avenue provided four Marla plots and 8 Marla plots on a quarterly payment plan. DHA Valley commercial plots are located on a large commercial boulevard. DHA VALLEY FUTURE DHA Valley Islamabad looks to have a bright future from this year onwards. Development work is well underway and the public is expected to announce the acquisition of Bluebell and Rose or Tulip Blocks this year. As soon as the asset is announced in any of the blocks, Prices will shoot by 2 to 3 compared to current prices that are the lowest in any DHA project and lower than any other community in the area.
